Plans and limits

supagrid offers subscription plans with different access levels and usage limits. This page summarises plan options and where to see your current plan and usage. For full features and pricing, see the Pricing page.

Viewing your plan

Go to Account Settings → Billing or the Subscription tab (or Billing in the app menu) to see your current plan, usage, and billing details. From there you can open the Stripe customer portal to upgrade, downgrade, update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You manage your subscription and payment details through the Stripe portal linked from the Billing page.

Plans

supagrid offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Standard ($149/month): Full product access with a 7-day free trial. No card required to start; if you don't add a payment method by the end of the trial, your subscription pauses. You can add a card later to resume.
  • Enterprise: Custom integrations, dedicated account management, and tailored limits. Contact us for pricing and details.

Usage limits

Each plan has default limits for data export and for API or data requests. Your billing dashboard shows your current usage and limits. The following are the default tier limits; custom overrides may apply (e.g. for Enterprise).

Data export (monthly):

  • Standard: 50 MB per month
  • Enterprise: 5 GB per month (or as agreed)

Data requests (API / data loading):

  • Standard: 5 requests per minute, 500 per month
  • Enterprise: higher limits as agreed

Billing and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can update your payment method, view and download invoices, and manage your subscription (including cancellation) through the Stripe customer portal, which is linked from the Billing page in the app.
