Plans and limits

supagrid offers subscription plans with different access levels and usage limits. Manage your subscription and billing from the app.

Viewing your plan

Go to Account Settings → Billing or Subscription tab (or Billing in the app menu) to see your current plan, usage, and billing details. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal.

Usage limits

Plans may include limits on data export, historical range, or concurrent usage. These are shown in your billing dashboard and on the Pricing page. Contact support if you need higher limits.

Billing and payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Billing page.
